What cookies are

Cookies are small data files or similar browser technologies that a website or service provider may store or read on your device. Some technologies are necessary to deliver a service; others help measure usage, remember settings or understand how advertising led to a visit.

Technologies we use

This website uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags. Those tags may support Google Analytics 4 and Google advertising measurement. Depending on the tags active for your visit, they may record pages viewed, calculator interactions, result views, enquiry submissions, device and browser information, approximate location, referral information and advertising identifiers.

We also preserve campaign parameters such as UTM values, Google click IDs (gclid) and Meta click IDs (fbclid) with an enquiry so we can understand which campaign led to it. The uploaded electricity bill itself is not used as an advertising cookie.

Why we use them

We use these technologies to operate and improve the calculator, diagnose errors, understand whether paid-search visitors engage with useful steps, measure genuine enquiry submissions, limit duplicate reporting and evaluate marketing performance.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may reduce measurement accuracy but should not prevent you from viewing the calculator. Browser controls vary, so consult your browser's help settings for current instructions.

You can also use Google's available advertising and analytics controls. Those controls are provided by Google and may change independently of Solfuture.

Where cookie, analytics or attribution data is linked with an enquiry, we handle it as described in our Privacy Notice. We use service providers only where reasonably necessary for website operation, storage, analytics, advertising measurement and enquiry handling.
