Information we collect

We may collect your name, company, work email, phone number, site address, postcode, business and property details, electricity-use inputs, calculator results and any electricity bill you choose to upload.

We also record basic campaign and referral information, including UTM tags, gclid, fbclid, the landing-page URL and referrer, so we can understand how enquiries reach us and assess advertising performance.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, review your electricity usage, prepare an indicative commercial solar assessment, contact you about the site and improve our calculator, services and marketing.

Submitting the bill-review form is not consent to unrelated bulk or spam email. We contact you about the enquiry and any directly related assessment or proposal.

Calculator outputs are indicative. Any detailed recommendation requires a separate review of bills, interval data, roof conditions and site constraints.

Storage and disclosure

Enquiry records and uploaded bills are stored in access-controlled cloud systems. We may disclose information to service providers that support our website, cloud storage, email delivery, analytics, advertising and solar assessment work, where reasonably necessary for those purposes.

We do not publish uploaded bills. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations and legitimate business records, then delete or de-identify it where practical.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw from marketing contact, or raise a privacy concern. Email sales@solfuture.com.au or call 03 7057 1436.
