Information we collect
We may collect your name, company, email, phone number, site address, postcode, state support pathway, business and property details, electricity-use inputs, solar and battery planning results, electricity bills, site photographs and optional cable-route videos you choose to upload.
We also record basic campaign and referral information, including UTM tags, gclid, fbclid, the landing-page URL and referrer, so we can understand how enquiries reach us and assess advertising performance.

How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, review your electricity usage, prepare solar and battery assessments or tailored installation quotes, contact you about the site and improve our calculator, services and marketing.
Submitting an enquiry or quote survey is not consent to unrelated bulk or spam email. We contact you about the enquiry and any directly related assessment or proposal.
Calculator outputs are indicative. Any detailed recommendation requires a separate review of bills, interval data, roof conditions and site constraints.
Storage and disclosure
Enquiry records and uploaded bills, photos and videos are stored in access-controlled cloud systems. We may disclose information to service providers that support our website, cloud storage, email delivery, analytics, advertising and solar assessment work, where reasonably necessary for those purposes.
We do not publish uploaded bills, photos or videos. Quote-survey documents are not sent to advertising platforms. Private document links are provided to our quote team for assessment. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations and legitimate business records, then delete or de-identify it where practical.
Your choices and requests
