The calculator uses the values you enter together with standard assumptions, including annual solar generation, electricity usage and export tariffs, installed cost, self-consumption and an indicative policy-support value. Those assumptions are shown beside the results and may not match your site.
Actual system size, generation, savings, bill reduction, cost and payback can vary materially with interval data, tariff structure, demand charges, export limits, roof area and condition, orientation, shading, equipment, design, network approval, installation pricing, finance, tax treatment and operating changes at the site.
Government support and policy
The calculator labels current scheme settings separately from announced policy scenarios. An announcement, forecast or scenario is not a guaranteed rebate, certificate value, discount or eligibility decision.
Policy settings, regulations, certificate prices and eligibility requirements can change. Final treatment depends on the rules and evidence that apply to the project when it proceeds. Check the latest guidance from the Clean Energy Regulator and obtain project-specific confirmation.
A detailed review comes next
Any Solfuture recommendation or proposal is prepared separately after reviewing relevant information such as electricity bills, interval data, site conditions, network constraints and the customer's objectives. A calculator result does not reserve pricing, equipment, installation capacity or government support.
Any proposal is subject to its own scope, assumptions, exclusions, validity period and terms. Where calculator output and a later written proposal differ, the written proposal and supporting assessment take priority.
